Was everything it should have been - clean , comfy, good breakfast, very nice people working there. The only negative was my 71 year old wife wasn't keen on the 4 flights os stairs.

We loved the location near all the key Florence spots and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each AM. Great stay.
