The location is excellent for easy direct access to central Florence. The room is attractively decorated. The cleaner does a great job daily. Nice coffee machine
The information on Booking.com is incorrect as it describes the inclusion of breakfast at a nearby cafe which is wrong. Sound proofing is inadequate for the high level of street noise, sleeping is interrupted frequently.

The property is perfectly located. Walking distance from everything. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. It had AC.
Shower drain took forever to work. You can only shower for 5 minutes.

All was very good, location is top right in the historic center, could walk everywhere. Edoard & Frederico were sooo welcoming, helpful, and sooo kind!! awesome. I would return as i felt @ home&safe.
The lift …lol 😆 tiny …. but obviously can’t be better as bldg is old.

Great location in the heart of the attractions.
Space was just too small for us. We felt it was a bit musty and could occasionally smell the plumbing gasses.
