This property exceed all expectations! The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend!

Good breakfast. Loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Great location centered between palazzo Vechio and th Duomo and across from the Palazzo Republica.

Hotel is in the perfect location near all the central city attractions and restaurants. Rooms were nicely appointed and very stylish. Sadly, we only stayed one night as we were passing through Florence on our way home. The next time we are in Florence, we will definitely stay a few nights.
