    Location is great but can hear outside noice. Hope they will improve breakfast food.

    Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό δωμάτιο. Κλείσαμε στην παλαιότερη πτέρυγα, στον τέταρτο όροφο. Αν εξαιρέσουμε τα παλιά υδραυλικά που θα ήθελαν μια ανακαίνιση, η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική.

    This hotel location is very easy to walk to every main point in downtown Firenze. Palaza duomo Firenze, Upizzi gallery, central market and etc. nice gelato places, restaurants, and public station too. Staffs are very friendly and hotel condition is like three stars, but very cozy and nice atmospheres. I want to recommend to my friends.

    Room not yet cleaned when my friends arrived at 9pm. They need to wait for another 2 hours for the hotel to look for cleaners and to actually clean the room. They checked in almost midnight.
