The location was ideal, within walking distance to all major attractions. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the area.
It can be quite noisy due to the crowds downstairs and the hourly church bells from the Florence Cathedral. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. You can see the Tower of the Cathedral from the room. The host supplied detailed instructions which were helpful & made finding the apartment and entering very easy. The street below is busy & can be noisy but to be expected when in such a central & busy spot. One tip: the Food Court 'Mercato Centrale' is excellent and worth trying
Lacked the finishing touches that could have elevated the property higher.

it was clean and spacious
it was very very noisy. we were there three nights with very little sleep due to the constant noise from people outside and also in the building. There were soap dispensers but they were empty. No kettle
