    I think we wet ribs. Recently upgrade room if they had air con this hotel and room would be superb , reception needs a bit of a clean up paint wide but reception staff were great and so were the roof top bar staff i would stay here again if it had air con one fan for the triple room is not enough we were there at midnight so to late to ask anyone

    Disappointed with attitude of check in ladies, tiny room, very noisy, no air-conditioning only a pedestal fan, very hot and couldn't close windows properly to assist with blocking noise out.

    One of the best locations in the heart of Florence. Streets are bustling through the day. Avoid if u want a peaceful stay. Excellent location if you want to cover more in less time. Hotel staff is cooperative and cordial. Rooms have only basic amenities with old equipment/furniture so maybe not the best value for the money.
