The location was incredible.
We were in room 3 with a perfect view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signora.
The property was clean and stylish.
Shower was small but perfect.
AC ran like a dream.
Code entry was helpful and we were able to check in a little earlier.
There is a lift but a few steps to get to it.
Helpful and communicative staff.
Great value for money.
I 100% recommend this accommodation and I would most definitely stay here again!

We asked for twin beds but arrived and it was a double. We didn’t complain as it was a very last minute booking. It didn’t affect us but if you want twin beds maybe message the host ahead of time, she’s extremely helpful.
The window blocks out almost all noise but if you are a very light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The apartment is right on the square and easy walk to all the tourist areas that you would like to see in Florence.The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was really good.
If you have heavy luggage or you’re a little older or less physically fit do not stay here. It is very difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. The stairs take you to an elevator which is very tiny. oInly two very thin Paper cups were provided for coffee or tea and no milk. A pathetic excuse was provided saying that they don’t provide glass or porcelain cups because they break and it’s dangerous. In my opinion. It’s far more dangerous to drink a hot beverage in a very thin paper or plastic cup.
