Signoria Collection

Location and the room was beautiful. I particularly loved the little balcony to be able to look down on the piazza.

Loved my stay here! The location is amazing, right in the very center of Florence in Piazza della Signoria. One of the only balcony rooms in the square. It's really cool to watch the clock tower and people, it's the best view. Super walkable, only takes a couple minutes to get anywhere on this side of the bridge. If you're a tourist, you can stop by the room often to drop of stuff or relax in between activities. Nice balcony you can go out and sit in, and people watch. Kind of feels like you're overlooking your own kingdom. The room on the inside is beautiful as well. Organized, nice furniture and wallpaper, comfortable bed, good AC, fridge, enough space for 1-2. Perfect spot for someone alone or with a friend, would be very romantic to stay with a partner. Room and bathroom are very clean, nice shower. It's very easy to check in and out and come up to the room. Cute building with a nice lobby. There is an elevator, but you have to climb up a half flight of stairs to get to it. I had a super heavy bag, and it wasn't that bad bringing it up. Serena, the host, was very sweet and friendly over message. She responded quickly and was very helpful. I have been to Florence a lot, and this is one of my favorite places I have stayed. It simplifie as your travels to be in such a central and easy location. Very safe. I would really recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The property is close to all attraction and train station.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The apartment is right on the square and easy walk to all the tourist areas that you would like to see in Florence. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was really good.

If you have heavy luggage or you’re a little older or less physically fit do not stay here. It is very difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. The stairs take you to an elevator which is very tiny. oInly two very thin Paper cups were provided for coffee or tea and no milk. A pathetic excuse was provided saying that they don’t provide glass or porcelain cups because they break and it’s dangerous. In my opinion. It’s far more dangerous to drink a hot beverage in a very thin paper or plastic cup.
