The location was incredible. We were in room 3 with a perfect view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signora. The property was clean and stylish. Shower was small but perfect. AC ran like a dream. Code entry was helpful and we were able to check in a little earlier. There is a lift but a few steps to get to it. Helpful and communicative staff. Great value for money. I 100% recommend this accommodation and I would most definitely stay here again!

Nothing! We asked for twin beds but arrived and it was a double. We didn’t complain as it was a very last minute booking. It didn’t affect us but if you want twin beds maybe message the host ahead of time, she’s extremely helpful. The window blocks out almost all noise but if you are a very light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Best location in Florence, modern apartment in historic settings.

Can be very noisy at night but is expected due to the central location. Unfortunately the lift starts from the first floor. Only one set of keys was provided by the agency making it extremely inconvenient for the four of us. The walls had some markings, ruining the appearance of an otherwise good apartment.

The location is amazing! The place is reasonably well equipped. The bed was excellent.

No staff and no way to contact. Listing says we will be met, but that does not happen. There was an email explaining the complex process for getting in. Unfortunately, I did not actually receive the email until the next day (they clearly sent it, I don’t know what took it so long) and the phone number in the listing was disconnected. I spent 2+ hours on the phone with Booking customer service trying to resolve this and finally Booking was able to forward the email and I figured out how to get in. Before we thought we would get in, I ended up renting for another room for that first night. No staff and no working phone number is an absolutely unacceptable combination for a unit that is at best complex to get into. Also, the listing is for a one bedroom but there are no walls or doors separating the bedroom, so it is clearly a studio apartment. If we had been sharing it (there is a fold out couch), we would have been VERY upset.
