This is one of the most exclusive experiences in Florence. The staff is top notch. The bar and restaurant are second to none.

It was by far the best hotel ive ever been to. They gave me a free upgrade to the largest room there. It was incredible. But, besides the room, the staff went above and beyond. I never write out reviews but felt compelled to about this place.
