Location, location , location
The room temperature was warm. Tried working the air conditioner but did not change the warm temp.

Very clean and lovely decor. Excellent central location and wonderfully close to shops, cafes and restaurants. As you walk it it smells lovely. Always a plus.
The windows are thin so can hear quite a lot of noise outside. We don’t mind that but something to note if you like pure silence at night. A few things weren’t working so well, such as the TV and the shower hose was dodgy as well as the curtains that didn’t close completely, but for me having things clean is a priority, which it was.

Very comfy room, tall, elegant ceiling, bed, pillows very comfy. Perfect location, literally 1 min walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Walking distance to everything.
The windows are sound proof but maybe can bother some people if theyre delicate to street noise, its very minimal though. The electricity of the room shuts off after a while when you leave the room, dont leave stuff charging if you leave the room, it didnt bother me though.
