Suite Residenza Quartieri Storici Duomo

We loved the apartment, it was spacious, had plenty of room for both of us and our luggage. I loved the high ceilings, the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was perfect for sight seeing and east to get in and out of.

The shower needs a place to hold the soap and bath items. We would have liked more toilet paper, the rolls were small and we ran out often. We loved the high

Very nice property. Well kept. Cleaning staff made sure things were tidy and restocked daily. Location was perfect and walking distance from restaurants and shops

Poor, unreliable internet access. Bed was made but sheets and comforter were NOT changed daily. No front desk and no one readily available if questions arose. No elevator which made it more taxing to get luggage to the room. We struggled with our large, heavier luggage. No telephone in the room and with the previously mentioned unreliable internet, we were forced to use our cellular & roaming data for any calls or internet needs. Of course, this lead to our phone bills becoming significantly higher than usual.

I was skeptical… because I read so much about the non-responsive behavior of the host… This was the absolute BEST STAY!!! Everything was perfect!!!

The TV wouldn’t connect

This property was lovely inside and clean and the location is perfect. However unfortunately my stay here was tarnished with the lack of responsiveness from the hosts. There was in issue with my check in and the hosts were unreachable. As a result I had to find another place to stay on my first night. The hosts were not helpful at all. They don’t answer their phone so if you need anything it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them. I spoke to other guests staying next door to me and they told me they also had issues with communicating with the hosts. The wi fi is also not great.

Lack of communication with the property hosts. It’s almost impossible to reach them
