Fantastic location and great check in process.

The room looked a little run down.

The location is amazing, and our room overlooked the Duomo. It’s so central, with everything within walking distance. Communication about receiving our access code was excellent.

The room was nice but quite small, and the lighting was limited. There was one main ceiling light and one very small bedside light, but it wasn’t very bright. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so the room stayed warm even when it was on. With such a central location, there was quite a lot of noise outside. Earplugs were provided, which was appreciated, but it was still very noisy due to the Duomo bell tower ringing early in the morning.

It is very cozy hotel, very well located in the charming town of Chiavari. The beds were comfortable which is seldom the case for me and it had a good breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come there again.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

We had trouble accessing our room when checking in and even though we were within staffed hours no staff were available to help so we had to spend an hour texting the support team to help us before we could enter the room Shower head was broken in room 302, taps only have boiling hot water no cold, our room was next to reception and the staff were loud talking late into the night
