Good location right next to the cathedral and near all the iconic landmarks! Room was clean, and had air conditioning!!! Good after a long hot day.

My issues with the room was the poor lighting, some extra lamps would be nice. Also, the listing of the room shows photos of a desk and chair and upon arrival there was no desk or chair. It would’ve been nice to have especially to get ready in the morning. I had to keep the bathroom door open just to get extra light.

Perfect location. Lovely rooms.

The lighting in the rooms was very dim.

I couldn't stay at the hotel I saw here, but the Numa Florence Firenze hotel was clean. Its location is further from the Duomo Square compared to Rodó, but it takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes to walk.

I booked my hotel a month in advance. I booked a small room at the hotel listed as "Numa Florence Rodo" on Booking.com. I was told my check-in information would be sent to me at 7 am on the day of my reservation, but it never arrived. When I arrived in Florence, I went to the address on Booking.com, but there was no one there. I found the floor where the hotel rooms were by following the signs on the wall. When I got there, I saw a construction site, and it didn't seem like a recently started project. When I asked the workers there, they said the hotel's construction wasn't finished and it wasn't open yet. During this time, I tried to contact the hotel, but I received very late responses. Then I was told that there was a renovation covering the entire Duomo hotel, but I'm sure this wasn't true because there weren't even any furnishings inside yet; they were just installing electrical outlets. They sent me a location and told me to go there. They offered me a move to a more expensive hotel with a larger room, saying the price would remain the same. Then they offered a 15% refund. I accepted all of this and moved to that hotel. The hotel I moved to was clean and safe, but it didn't have an elevator, and the room smelled of dampness. I chose the previous hotel because of its elevator; I asked if someone could help, and of course, I received a very late response, and in the end, no one came. I didn't get a refund either. If I had been informed beforehand, I wouldn't have had to walk for 30-40 minutes with two suitcases weighing 40 kilos each. If I hadn't informed them of my arrival, I wouldn't even have been told that the hotel was under renovation and had changed. This was despite arriving 10-15 minutes after check-in time. The last hotel I stayed at was called Numa Florence Firenze. It was clean and safe, but it smelled of dampness.
