The location - the size of the rooms and bathroom was so large well appointed and comfortable. Constanza and the staff were just excellent . I would recommend this to anyone who wants an Elegant European B&B experience in Florence without living in a standard commercial hotel.
They should have more international plug points in the rooms

The breakfast room was adorable and the breakfast was delicious. I liked the option of choosing your breakfast rather than a typical buffet style

The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The suite was large with a sitting area featuring a couch, chair, and table.
