Staff was incredible. They accommodated everything we asked for: (1) letting us arrive early and holding our bags, (2) checking us in earlier than originally expected, (3) making exceptions for breakfast timing for us due to our schedules. We had a slight issue with the bathroom initially and they fixed it within hours the next morning while we were out after I notified them that night. Communication was great, service was great, location was great (from the attractions and train station).

We loved everything about the property! Excellent location!! Comfy beds. The staff was extremely attentive!!
The only negative to this place is the loud noise at night coming from the piazza. The evenings are exemplary noisy!!!
