The personal was really good very responsive and attentive, also it was very closed to the main attractions
The elevator sometimes worked sometimes didn’t, also I thought the view was excellent according to some reviews but the room that we had didn’t had a view, also the cleanliness was not the greatest I found I couple of hairs in the bathroom and the blankets didn’t smell as cleaned

the view is amazing just in front of the duomo
we came during peak of summer heat. Aircondition is not that great, one night we used our portable small fan/ towels were not “real” towels looks like table cloth
