The location was perfect. Close to the Duomo. Staff were very helpful. I got early check in and was able to leave my luggage the day of checkout. Breakfast was great brought to my room
The entry system was very noisy. Very little sound proofing but it was quiet at night. The stairs might be an issue for some people

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly, helpful and their suggestions were great!

It was close to everything. Management was there in morning brought breakfast. It was very good . Also helped me get taxi to leave for airport. Was very helpful.
No one there when you need it. I had an issue trying to put the code in front door and rang property management and no answer. After 25 minutes I did get the code in. Stairs are a problem for the handicap or elderly.

The location was perfect! The gentleman at the desk was also super accommodating.
We changed our plans because it was so hot in Florence from three nights to two but still had to pay the full price.
