The location was perfect and the room was well maintained. I also informed the hotel about my birthday and they had the room nicely set up with balloons and wine waiting for my check in. Nicole was also very pleasant and accommodating during my stay. I will definitely return her on my next trip to Firenze.
Perhaps the only thing I noted was that the Wi-Fi was not reliable, it kept cutting out at night. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

The property is right across the Duomo di Firenze you could not get a better location! Our room was called the Indian prince and it was absolutely gorgeous, the staff especially Martina was amazing our flight was canceled and she was able to let us stay for an extra day,she is truly and exceptional person! Looking forward to go back and stay there again, also they offered a Michelin breakfast it was truly an unforgettable stay!

Big rooms very clean
We got here after 4:30 pm we didn’t know what to do no reception we have to called the hotel and they told us what to do you r pretty much own your own

The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you may need.
The building is very old, the entrance is terrible, the likf is old. it was very difficult to get there, and it was terryfing to reach the hotel. very deppressing
