What a view from the balcony! The bed was so comfortable and the rooms pristine. Easy to access and right by the Duomo. Car garage near by and dropped car as we left - great service. We loved it!
More bottles of water and milk would be great.

Staff were as helpful as they could possibly be. Rooms were to a high standard. Generally happy to have stayed here.
Location wise when arriving by car, it was extremely difficult to navigate to and 1.5 hours was lost in trying to reach the destination. However this was much to do with road closures.
