The location was awesome with restaurants and the Ponté Vecchio, Duomo and Uffizi within walking distance.

but the 29 steps to the lift lobby was very hard for us to bring our luggage to our room.

Great location. Good, clean, and spacious room.

This was a last-minute booking; we booked while on the train to Florence, and they were quick to message us (not just the automated initial message but also via WhatsApp). This way we learned we could already check-in (before the official time and only 1-2 hours after having booked the place). So that was a great help! 5min walk to Uffizi, can't get more central than that, I think!

Everything was great. They also offered to store our bags after checkout, which is nice but it would be at the reception, out in the open, which isn't convenient since the reception is unattended after 5 pm and we weren't certain whether we'd be back by that time. (Would be nice if storage was behind a closed door, closet, separate room, etc.)

Great location and helpful staff, but the room was hot and the AC didn’t work.

We loved the spacious living area, large bathroom and shower, spotless cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing location, and great value.

The AC didn’t work during our stay, and when we asked about it, we were told it couldn’t be turned on in November in Florence — something that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. We also got bitten by mosquitoes the first night since the room was hot, so we didn’t sleep well. After letting them know, they brought a wall plug-in that helped a lot. The safe also wasn’t working.

We really enjoyed our short visit to Florence.

Great location, very interesting decor, comfortable room and good bathroom.

The level of lighting was too low in the room. The shutters could not be closed firmly so too much of the street lighting got in during sleeping hours. A well-lit full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a good addition.

Great location as right in the centre but also not noisy at night.

Lack of parking and the cost to park a car but this is the price you pay with most hotels located so centrally in Florence. I suggest you don’t have a car when staying in Florence and hire one when you want to leave as public transport from airport to the city is good.

We love Florence. The one thing this place going for itself is location.

We were in a two story apartment with very little in the way of views other than the back ally. The bathroom was clean but the rain shower head didn’t work.

Perfect hotel in an even more perfect location

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable and clean, and the shower was also amazing. Free bottled water in the minibar and a discount on breakfast next door were both nice extra touches.

Very little. It took us a few minutes to find it as it is so central there isn’t much of a front to it, it’s basically just a door! But once we double checked the address it was easy enough. Lots of stairs as you come in so maybe not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Beautiful picturesque Tuscan Villa, however not the most comfortable to stay in the heat

This is a picturesque chateau in the hills of Tuscany. Honestly it is stunning. Definitely the Tuscan dream.

No AC in the rooms made it really difficult to sleep at night, I guess it didn’t help that we were there in really hot weather. Staff during the day is sparse, so waiting for drinks and snacks took a while. Lastly, there is a nice pool, but all the chairs get taken up really quickly.

Amazing room at Piazza Signoria!

Amazing room in a little property right at Piazza Signoria! So close to everything, right next to Uffizi, we were able to walk everywhere. Beautiful room, comfy bed, good WiFi and beautiful view into the courtyard. A little mini fridge inside. Nice bathroom with strong shower. The housecleaning everyday was very nice, very thorough. Everything is keycode access so no need for keys or cards.

The elevator for the property is quite slow and sometimes it wouldn’t come for a long time so we’d take the stairs but not a deal breaker. I wasn’t sure how to get into the reception at first because the front door is locked but texted the contact via WhatsApp and they buzzed me in.

Not close to worth the cost even if it was for $50/night. Never again!

Location was nice but the windows did not stop any noise.

The facility was old. There is no elevator from ground to first floor and only one person could ride from first up. Lots of stairs for luggage. No help with that either. Rooms were only basic. No closets. No dressers. Mini fridge was small. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Bath had a shower but no place for soap or shampoo. Sink wasn’t made to hold toiletries. The second bedroom was small and only a futon and a roll away bed. Might work for small children but was terrible for adults. And again no closets only shelves. No privacy for storing your things. Overall a poor accommodation. Staff was nice but not helpful. Only reception spoke English. The Piazza outside is very busy until after midnight so going to sleep is an issue.

We loves the location! It’s an old renovated building along Piazza della Signora. Very large room, especially for a European hotel room.

For some reason the bathroom kept getting small flies in it. They looked like fruit flies but we never had fruit or food in the room. The small flies stayed on the wall above the shower and sky light.

I liked the red carpet when you walked in. It was a touch of class. The lift access to the upper floors was welcome and the room was super clean and well laid out. The team were very welcoming and cared about my stay.
