Property is exceptional. All the small touches are accounted for. Staff is friendly, helpful and really cares about their guests. Location is fantastic, it could not be better. Breakfast was great. And again, the staff - everyone we interacted with, couldn’t have been more professional and nice. Absolutely no negatives.

Loved the location. The honesty bar was agreat idea sadly another room put all their drinks on our room but thankfully it was rectified .

This hotel is an excellent base to work from to enjoy the great art and architecture of Florence.

Location, very good breakfast, very helpful staff. We enjoyed the common room and a glass of wine in the afternoon.

Located very centrally in a quiet side street. The hotel is decorated very tastefully. Fixtures and fittings are period, renovated to a high standard.

Slightly noisy air conditioning. Although it was easy to turn off and have the door to a secure courtyard open instead.

Stunning property in the centre of Florence

Great location, beautiful interior, bedroom was comfy and clean. Loved the honesty bar.

We got married the Saturday in Italy, when we stopped here it was the Monday after to start our mini moon off. A small gesture like a free drink or even a coffee would have been nice.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Very spacious and beautiful room. Comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. Although close to the Duomo, it was relatively quiet. Nice breakfast room with a good selection (continental breakfast). Excellent drawing room/ lounge with honour bar.

After a shower, the soles of my feet revealed that the wooden floor of our room could do with a professional clean (expansive wooden floors are very hard to keep clean and free of dust). A shower gel would be appreciated.

Florence Expeerience

Very modern property that is situated in the heart of Florence. Easily accessible to all the tourist attractions with the Duome in a 2 minute walking distance. Train station is within a 5minute walk from the property which has great access links to Italy. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of options to choose from.

Quiet, smelt amazing and really clean. Enjoyed breakfast, the room we booked was a very decent size for a city break. Lounge/reception area was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy morning/afternoon sightseeing.

Small boutique hotel, trendy, felt very secure and comfortable within a excellent location. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

There was a rubbish truck outside my room for about 30 mins every morning starting at 5am. The windows didn't seem to be double glazed, this woke me up 3 times on my stay in the suite (not ideal). To note I did mention it to the hotel and they told me usually this doesn't happen as they have an agreement with the company and called to ensure it doesn't happen again - not sure if that is resolved but it was a disturbance!

Boutique hotel means minimal service and comfort.

The fact breakfast could be brought back to the room.

The size of the room, pictures are deceptive if like me, you can’t visualise the dimensions given. Also, they never made the effort to clean the room on the occasions when we left the room as most of the time, we were sick and bedridden. Concierge is not 24 hrs and mostly unresponsive.

Great location, good comfort and a nice atmosphere — with room for improvement in reception service.

Excellent location, with everything within walking distance — truly convenient. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the place itself is beautiful.

One point to improve: the communication from the front desk staff could be clearer and more attentive, especially when handling questions at check-in. A bit more warmth and precision would make a big difference.

Beautiful modern boutique hotel with old world charm

Impeccable & tasteful design, accommodating and helpful staff, and the perfect location (near the train station, walkable to many dining options and historic attractions). Breakfast was also lovely, with several vegan options. Feels like a serene but cozy art gallery.

Wonderful stay.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel where art is in every part of the atmosphere. Loved all details, all so well put together. I also loved the smart hiding of the tv screen in the room with beautiful fabrics. It’s quiet, almost like a mindfulness resort. The staff was very friendly. I really can’t wait to go there again.

A stylish hotel

We stayed in a junior suite for 2 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, but the location of our room was not good at all. There were garbage containers right in front of our window, and garbage trucks came to collect the trash on both nights. The noise from the workers, the trucks, and the general commotion woke us up in the middle of the night. Apart from that, everything else was truly wonderful.

A stylish feel-at-home guesthouse.

The location is excellent, not too far from SMN station but far enough, too. The interior decoration is very stylish and given how quiet and laid back the place is, this can feel very much like you own place in Florence. We had friends visiting over and appreciated the spacious communal lounge room with wine and drinks available at the honor bar. Plus: a wonderful welcome from Linda!

Florence is a busy city round the clock. We recommend the rooms on the quieter sides of the building. Also, and this is not Casa G's fault, mosquitoes were ubiquitous even in the winter, so bring your own lotion as the provided mosquito repellent device failed to intimidate those pesky zanzare.

Absolutely everything - rooms are beautiful, well sized. Breakfast was great, omelettes made to order. The honesty bar and lounge is such a great touch. And Linda is just so helpful with restaurant suggestions, helping with our lost luggage and booking taxi.

Delightful!

Fantastic location in the city center and within a short walking distance to the train station. Wonderful breakfast with lots of delicious, homemade choices. It's thoughtful that they always leave a snake out for guest in the lounge in case they'd like a tea or wine break in the afternoon. The staff are super friendly, reliable and honest. I had forgotten a necklace there once, and they found and kept it safe until I returned to Florence. Another time I needed to prolong my stay and they made the effort to accommodate me the extra days. I've stayed multiple times in various rooms and each one is clean, cozy and decorated in a slightly different contemporary style.

Would stay again, especially in summer.

Very quiet and stylish, ideal location, lovely rooms and convenient light breakfast. The access via code is fantastic, much easier than using a keycard.

The bathtub in the room we had would be great in the hotter months, when a cool bath is a must. Unfortunately in winter the hot water ran out very quickly (in the shower too).
