9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The room was lovely, with a modern Italian flair. Thee staff were welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient.
We were not able to contact anyone by ringing the bell at the front door of the building or on the panel by the elevator. The brass shower hose got uncomfortably hot. I'm sure there is a remedy for both these issues and would recommend this property for a comfortable stay in la bella Firenze.

Room was comfortable.
access to the room was up several flights of stairs, which are not properly lit at night. There is a very vintage elevator which can be used instead.

Great location 3min walk from the Duomo. Lots of restaurants around. Modern and clean.
My room had a sink in the room (not in the bathroom).
