Location was AWESOME - property was quaint and tucked away and unassuming but the room was well stocked with everything which you could possibly need. The free breakfast at the local cafe was also a very nice touch.
Air conditioner in room made clicking or banging noise throughout the night which was sometimes annoying to wake up to - may need looking at!

Location location location. Also a great suite with wonderful bathroom and sitting room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to the main sites of classic Florence. The room and bed were comfortable.
The entrance of the hotel was dingy, and the light should automatically go on when a person enters the building. Lastly, the elevator was ancient and should be replaced with a new elevator.
