So central
Lovely room
Lovely man came in while we were out to give us more toilet roll, coffee pods, and to change the bin - unexpected but very nice as we were only there for a short time too
The socket where the fridge was didn’t work so we also had to move the coffee machine to beside the bed to get that to work, would’ve been fantastic if the fridge worked cause it was very warm when we came

The location is perfect, when we walked in it was clean and smelled wonderful. There was plenty of space for our luggage, we arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage in a safe, locked room. The room was peaceful with a view of the garden outside, a big comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. We even enjoyed using the small bathtub in the bedroom! The bottles of water in the Little fridge and the Prosecco were a wonderful touch.
The shampoo and shower gel were not restocked, it would’ve been nice to have body lotion but not essential.

The atmosphere was lovely, rooms felt super clean and very stylish. Really appreciated having such convenient location.
Nothing much, only the toilet in the room was slightly off on our last day but that didn’t disrupt our stay much

Not much.
Various things. Toilet had a problematic flush. Bidet plug was stuck so wouldn’t drain with ease. . Hand shower didn’t work. Very mean with the number of coffee pods given. Access codes given just before arrival so couldn’t plan in good time. Noisy room as restaurant directly opposite our bedroom. Towels need to be refreshed.
