Absolutely blown away when we walked into our room. It’s huge and very ornate. Totally romantic place to spend a night in Florence. The balcony opened out and the views were amazing. What a find

Charming room in a great location! Staff was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire room upon check in and pointed out all the must see items in Florence for our short stopover stay! Will be back!
The square was active and loud at night into the early morning on a busy Friday night. A product of a great location, no fault of the property.

The location was amazing, right in the centre, behind the Uffizzi and a short walk to all the main attractions of the city. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff was smiley and professional.
I think the rooms could do with double glazed windows. Of course I wouldn't expect to be quiet considering the central location, but it is a bit loud in the early morning.

Odour like sewage. Did not get room like the one advertised, small uncomfortable bed . Shower sprays water everywhere
