AMAZING location! View of the city is so surreal. Fantastic staff and delicious breakfast. I am missing the cappuccino sorely on this first morning without it. The AC was surprisingly fantastic, we actually got cold and had to turn it down (I say that as a huge positive, of course). Actual place itself held more culture and hominess than a standard hotel. Loved the huge bathroom and shower with lots of different heads/modes! Bed was soft. Plenty of pillows provided. Scent in the hallways was magical and enhanced our stay. Overall, absolutely a steal of an experience. Book this and treat yourself to the piazza view.

Upon deep reflection on trying to find something wrong... The fridge seemed to not work properly (though this did not affect us), and I do wish the breakfast could be had earlier for our earlier morning starts but not a deal breaker.

Nice clean rooms & great location

I don’t agree with the word ‘luxury’ to describe these rooms. Also, I like absolutely quiet when I sleep and even though I switched off the aircon, I could still hear the noise; maybe coming from the adjoining room. The bedside light concerned me - think the electrics need checking as the switch was very temperamental and untrustworthy. Breakfast was nice but the same once you say what you want. They do say you can change what you want, but there seemed to seldom be someone at reception.

Location and room size

It is very noisy and one night we barely slept as it sounded like a nightclub was very close by. Room was far too warm also
