Luisa was wonderful and so helpful! The location was perfect and breakfast was a beautiful experience sitting in front of the duomo to start the day. The room was quite dark and limited light came through, the bathroom was small and not as functional. Our next visit will be in a more deluxe room!

The hotel has excellent location in the very heart of the city. The room was nice and clean. The stuff was always ready to help if you have any questions.

Book the Bruneschelli room for a once in a lifetime view of the Duomo. Luisa is lovely- extremely helpful and thoughtful. It was a special stay. Grazie mille. Alla prossima!
