We had a great stay! The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was included each morning, and the shower always had hot water — everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated the water refill station in the reception area for filling up our water bottles. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Location is in the middle of all sites and restaurants. Beautiful view of Duomo. Room was very clean. Breakfast coupons were good at 2 cafes downstairs.

Book the Bruneschelli room for a once in a lifetime view of the Duomo. Luisa is lovely- extremely helpful and thoughtful. It was a special stay. Grazie mille. Alla prossima!
