Wonderful location right next to the Duomo! Cannot fault the view and the room is a generous size. It’s in a heritage building and the staff member Laura we spoke with on check in and ahead of arrival was so friendly and helpful.
There wasn’t anything to not like, the decor was as pictured and everything was great. There is 1 long staircase and no lift to get up to the rooms from street level.

I loved the location, literally steps from Duomo. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with period features but also mod cons such as air con, safe and fridge. Basic breakfast was included with croissants, cornflakes etc, also tea, coffee, bottled water and juice.
