Room was clean and good and the location was great but note that if you check in after 6pm they charge you 30 euros and you then have to pick up the key in one building and walk to the other with your suitcases.

This location is a SELF CHECK IN (alot like an Airbnb) so there is no staff to rate. The room was clean, although the shower could have used a deeper cleaning. Overall, the room was exactly what we needed - a place to sleep. There are no exceptional views, and the private courtyard wasn't particularly private - you are overlooked by balconies above. The location was great and very close to the Duomo and other points of interest. Great for those on a tight budget and needing a conveniently located place to stay.
