Room was very clean. Staff was easily accessible by WhatsApp. Great communication. Very cool staying in an 8th century palace. Great walking distance to everything. Would not recommend bringing a car in. parking closest garage to hotel was 40 euros per day and not easy to find.

What a gem! This is the perfect home base for any trip to Florence for a couple. The location is just off Piazza della Signoria and close to everything. The Duomo is a 10 min walk, the Uffizi Gallery is one block over and Ponte Veccio is down the street. The place was clean and cool, which was needed as it was 100+ when we stayed. The host was so kind and we could drop our bags early to start exploring. Breakfast was this restaurant close by with stand up service of a pastry and cappuccino. Check out was easy and it was a 20-25 min walk from the train station. If/when we come back, I will definitely stay here again!
