Excellent location, walking distance to any Florence site, very clean and secure.
Steep stairs making difficult to get inside with suitcases; it can get a little noisy in the early morning because of the restaurant next to the property and because of that, there is not fresh air when opening the windows (food preparation odor)

The location was stunning - so central that you could take in a sight and then pop back in the heat. Clean comfortable bed excellent bathroom. Voucher system to use for a cafe for breakfast was amazing. Stunning breakfast at cafe pastry and coffee - joy to be in the square. Good communication with host easy entry paid tax online - cleaner was lovely lift available we also got early entry which was great. Would definately recommend. Good air conditioning.

Too much light in the bedroom from the HUGE thermostat and the street light Bed wasn't particularly comfortable A lot of noise from groups leaving the hostel next door
