Excellent location: all major attractions in Florence were within a 15-minute walk.
The bed was comfortable, the room and bedsheets were very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive via WhatsApp. We especially appreciated their help with registering our car for ZTL access, allowing us to drop off and collect luggage. Free luggage storage was also very useful.
The room was quite small, although this is understandable given the central location.
The bathroom was spacious but not very well maintained, with mold around the shower area and a persistent damp smell. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was extremely weak and unable to cool the room properly. During the heatwave, the room remained around 25°C, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The staff could not, unfortunately, help with this issue.

Excellent location! Good room, everything you need for a city stay, there’s no breakfast or dining but we wanted to get out and explore so that worked for us really well. Friendly staff, would highly recommend, the location couldn’t be better so it’s great value for money.

Location Middleton the centre.
Very bad smell in the corridor, very noisy, that’s why they give earplugs. No cleaning service during our stay, towels and bed linnen can only be changed after 3 days with extra charge, the airconditioning is not cooling properly and makes a fluctuating sound, to expensive for what you get.
