The room was in the heart of Florence, which was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The main attractions were within walking distance and there was also shopping and restaurants on every street. Ahmed assisted me throughout my reservation process, greeted us upon arrival, arranged our transportation, answered questions and told us about the best places to visit. Ahmed made us feel welcome.

This was a great hotel. It’s very centrally located in the old part of town and close to virtually all the main sites. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Hats off in particular to Ahmed. We would not hesitate to return here.
