A huge plus the fact that it is situated by the Duomo. That gives all the points!! It is big spacious and provides privacy for three people
The place wasn’t as deep cleaned as it should be nor had it been taken care of as much as it should. There were barely any plugs and for such a huge space that is something you don’t expect.

Location was superb. Just 50 metres from the Duomo and all the happening activities at the Piazza. Sor rounded by restaurants. Walkable to all places within 10 mins. Firenze train station was just 12 mins walk.
It’s in a historical building which has multiple apartments.
Apartment was large with capacity to sleep 4 in the Maisonette format. The main bedroom was after climbing 10 stairs within the apartment and two beds were placed below.
Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
A detailed folder indicating all necessary things, grocery, restaurants etc was provided.
New lift - a big boon given the amount of stairs involved.
Excellent light with large windows which open into a large courtyard.
The Bathroom - very small and old fittings. Water collects in the shower. Strangely for getting hot water in the shower, wash basin and kitchen, the bidet needs to be turned on. To be fair there is a sign which says that and probably due to old plumbing.
Apartments looks worn and needs a touch up.

the location was incredible, we were right beside the Duomo.
the Apt was dirty.. the shower was horrible as the water wouldn’t drain. if you showered you had to close off the water and let it drained before you could rinse your hair out. the place is dated and needs to be really cleaned. we paid 60€ and the place should have been a lot cleaner that it was.
