It was a nice stay. The location is definitely the highlight of the apartment.

The location is wonderful. All amenities were provided. Spacious. Service was good.

We were 3 people. And the toilet was on the lower level of the apartment which was a bit of a nuisance as in the night if you have to use the washroom, u have to go down the stairs. The geyser also had some unusual way of functioning. The lighting upstairs is very dim. And no luggage racks were there.

Best location, wonderful hosts!!

The location is unbeatable. Airconditioning, fans, also gave us mosquito repellent plug ins. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were late and Niccolo waited for us. When we checked out the lady ( forget her name) went back to retireve something I forgot in the suite, something they actually remind one of. She was very nice about it.

I would have given an overall rating of 8+ if the apartment was a bit cleaner. The person cleaning here does not do a good job, specifically the kitchen. Cabinets had food pieces and crumbs, dishes and pots were not clean. Very sticky and we had to wash everything we wanted to use. We paid to have cleaning done and thats fine, but the person doing it should do a better job because it takes so much away from all the good. There was also not enough toilet paper, and a supply of paper towels would have been nice. Also no dish cloth provided. We could not find a coffee pot but when we asked, they provided one right away. May we suggest you purchase one a little bigger. The apartment is set up for 3 people and the coffee maker doesnt provide 2 small cups of coffee. One last thing. On bookings it states there is an elevator. While there are elevators in the building, there was no elevator to our unit and we had to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Might be a good idea to specify this in Bookings.com. All in all its a lovely place and well worth staying here. I will return in future.

. Worst place we stayed at in our 3 week trip to beautiful

The location was close to everything we wanted to do and see.

Check in was difficult to set up and we had to wait. We couldn't leave our luggage before or after check in/out. The bathroom was in much need of remodel - the cement shower floor was disgusting, we covered it with a towel so not to touch it with our bare feet. The stairs up to the loft were steep and dangerous, especially at night if you needed to use the bathroom downstairs. We asked for another single bed for downstairs, but were told it wasn't available. My wife and I could not safely navigate the stairs to the upstairs double bed, so one of us slept on a single bed while the other on the very lumpy old sofa. You couldn't run the a/c for more than 8 hours and could not have it on if you used the microwave or hairdryer as it would blow a fuse. Not acceptable accommodations!

Perfect location in Florence! Terrific apartment.

The location of this property is excellent! It is right off of Duma Square in the center of town. You can walk anywhere in the city within 5 to 20 minutes. The apartment is inside in older building with a very neat front door. It’s very spacious and large. Two bedrooms that accommodated my family of four extremely well. Very clean. We did not cook there, but it had all of the items needed. Also has a washing machine which was terrific. The gentleman that checked us in was so nice! It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much!

Great Location, literally you can see the Duomo from the street. Room size was perfect for a family of four adults

Apartment would benefit for an update. Bath had a shower curtain, which was a no no from me. Water pressure was quite low, but you could have a shower.

Fantastic location, 15 secco ds away from the main square, beautiful building full of original period features, wonderful and knowledgable host. Great value for money.

Not an issue for me, but 2 out of 4 of us are light sleepers and they kept being woken up by street arguments, street parties etc

the location was incredible, we were right beside the Duomo.

the Apt was dirty.. the shower was horrible as the water wouldn’t drain. if you showered you had to close off the water and let it drained before you could rinse your hair out. the place is dated and needs to be really cleaned. we paid 60€ and the place should have been a lot cleaner that it was.

An Elegant stay next to the Duomo.

Great location, 30metres from the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. Lots of room, easy to find, and a great little bar across the street with delicious pork focaccia sandwiches.

Enjoyed our stay here in beautiful Florence, couldn't ask for a better location for sightseeing!

Super convenient location on a lively street, close to shops, a small supermarket and gelato place. Loved the old historical building, glad it had an elevator. Apartment was spacious for the 3 of us.

Dishes and utensils didn't look too clean to start, had to wash them before using. We were on the top floor that had high, small windows (not much of a view), but apt had 2 large skylights to provide natural light which was nice.

Unbeatable location!

The best location. The apartment really makes you feel like a local and you can feel the history in its bones! The terrace is magnifico! Duomo is right there in your face. Not a bad walk from the train station.

No mattress pad on the bed and the bottom sheet kept coming off, leaving me lying on the mattress itself. Not very sanitary.

The location was perfect, 50 m from Duomo and very close to the other atractions. The apartment was great, very spacious and very clean. The host was great, she expected us at the entrance of the building and showed us around. Definitely recommend this place.

Very good apartment in a perfect location

Fantastic location, very close to the Duomo, restaurants and markets. The apartment is very spacious and has a full kitchen. They welcomed us very well upon handing over the keys and explained everything well. The beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I asked if they could bring another pan because there were only two small ones, which would make it difficult to cook for 4 people, and I was promptly answered. I would definitely stay again!

the air conditioning in the kitchen worked very well, but the one in the bedroom did not cool, I slept on the air side and still felt hot. The apartment was generally clean, but the floor was very dirty. As a suggestion, I think they could leave some things in the kitchen like salt, sugar and oil, so people who spend less days could cook without having to buy full packages to use just a little.

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.

Awesome location and easy process to collect the keys. There is a small cafe across the street called Amorini. I highly recommend checking this out. The food was good and the owners were very friendly and fun.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, es más amplio de lo que se ve en las fotos, es limpio, cómodo, moderno y la lavadora es un plus para quienes estamos en Eurotrip y llevamos la necesidad de lavar ropa. El edificio es tranquilo y elegante y hay un book con recomendaciones de restaurantes, lugares de interés e información de gran ayuda sobre el sector.

Hay muy pocos elementos de aseo para la estancia de 4 personas, como shampoo y jabón.

El cobro de cargos excesivo para la limpieza cuando el piso estába sucio. Usamos medias y quedaron super suciaS. No había buena iluminación en los pasillos. Si uno llega de noche puede tropezar fácilmente.

La cocina estaba muy desprovista de utencillos, faltaban trapos y paños de cocina, repasadores. El comedor tiene uma silla descolada. El baño si bien estaba impecable le faltaba algún rollo mas de papel higiénico (habia solo uno) al igual que el jabón (solo una pastilla diminuta) Con poco gasto mejoraría mucho.
