The location of this apartment was better than perfect! Walking distance to all major attractions. Almost opposite the apartment is a bus stop that takes you to the main train station ( about 15 min travel). From there, you can take a tram to the airport. So easy, cheap and convenient. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. A couple of supermarkets are very close.
The Apartment is very big for European standards, we did not expect this. Bathroom has a fancy shower and spa jets. Took us a while to work out how to use it. We did not use the kitchen much, only the fridge but though it's got everything you would require if you wish to cook. Everything is very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
If you travel by car, there is a secure parking 3 min away for 30 euros per day. Easy to get in and out. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location was amazing. easy walk to train station. around the corner from Duomo and east walk to most locations!
I don’t feel any effort is put in to assist tourists… There’s no contact with hosts, which is fine but no information package left about Florence or the room itself… except to remove all your rubbish at need of stay… WTH! And no wine glasses… seriously!!! Pillows and bed are not overly comfortable and road below is fairly noisey!

Very nice apartment, close to dumo.
Walkable to all touristic attractions
No Soap or shampoo in the apartment.
We had booked for 4 adults so sofa cum bed was not comfortable to manage for 3 days.
