UNYCA - Luxury Duomo Loft Florence

The team from UNYCA was super helpful, we could contact them via whatsapp anytime and they answered super fast. The apartment was amazing! Modern, clean, with lots of natural light, big windows, air conditioning, kitchen fully equiped, bathroom with amenities. It was 3 blocks away from the Duomo, in a street where lots of tourists walked thru day and night, what made it safe and sometimes a litte noisy, but really nothing that bothered us at all. I strongly recommend it and for sure will stay there again everytime I go to Firenze.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The place exceeded our expectations. The location could have not been better. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully allocated. It is located close to major sites and busy streets full of shops and restaurants, yet it was so quiet. I highly recommend the place to other travelers.

There was nothing that we did not like.

La localización del apartamento es muy buena. Fácil llegar desde la estación de tren y muy cómodo para moverse por la ciudad. Tanto el baño como la cocina tienen de todo y el aire acondicionado es muy efectivo.

Es un primer piso con escaleras, bastante llevadero pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta (por equipaje y si vas con personas mayores).

Estaba muy bien situado. Era tal cual las fotos. Mucho encanto.

Estaba limpio pero una limpieza más a fondo le vendría bien. El sofá tiene manchurrones. El lavabo no funciona muy bien. No puedes tirar papel al váter y al tirarlo a la papelera el lavabo huele mal. La ducha pierde agua. Había cafetera pero no había nada para calentar un poco de leche. Pedimos un cazo y nos comentaron que nos suministrarían uno pero nunca llegó.
