Florencia Luxury Apartament

The beds are the best!!!!! The location, The Size of the apartment, the amazing air conditioning!!!, the Patio spacious kitchen. Living area …. Loved it all

We did have a minor electrical outage but quickly fixed and there was sighing of some bugs but spray provided and it’s not that the apartment is dirty at all but most likely to the proximity to so many other houses.

Great property for our group of 9 friends with plenty of space. The outdoor terrace led us to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed! Perfect for sitting outside together and enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Apartment had 3 showers and toilets which was ideal for our larger group. Good location about a 20 minute walk from main attractions of Florence & a handy bakery right next door. Apartment host was helpful and checked to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had one tense evening where one of the keys wouldn’t open the door but I don’t think this is uncommon in older Florence buildings and we did eventually get in.

Andreo was a great and responsive host! Locations is very close to fantastic local market with amazing fresh produce and everything needed to cook at home in the very well equipped kitchen. 2 washing machines made laundry a pleasure. Bakery next door and romantic little restaurant across the road. We were a group of 6 people that had a fantastic stay at Florencia Luxury Apartments in April ‘26!
