Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Owners were extremely helpful. We had everything we needed. Extremely spacious. Location was great, everything was walkable. Very close to supermarket and next door to lovely little bakery. We would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely home in Florence

It was a really good size for 4 adults and two kids. The rooms were so nice and the location was quiet, away from the busy center and not too loud at night. I loved having a washing machine available and the outdoor patio was really nice, we mainly used it to hang clothes but would have liked to enjoy the space a bit. We traveled in October so there were lots of mosquitoes and I liked that the host provided bug repellant for the guests! The beds were comfortable, we had a nice pack and play bed for the baby, and the direction to enter the apartment was very helpful. We also used the kitchen to make some breakfast which was very convenient. The host is so kind, I was also able to leave luggage there when we first arrived earlier than check in time. Highly recommend for a longer term stay in Florence.

I liked everything, the only thing to consider is while the location is quieter and nice, it is a little further away from central Florence so with little kids, sometimes after a long day, 15-20 min walk felt like a long time. Wouldn’t be an issue if just adults though!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to sights but away from crowds. Property very comfortable and cool in Aug heat. Great restaurant on corner near property and bakery nearby for breakfast. Close to market for fresh produce. Loved it. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay

Apartment was absolutely beautiful with everything you could need provided. The water in the fridge was a very welcome discovery upon arrival and very much appreciated. AC was excellent and we were soooo grateful for this during the recent heatwave. Enough bathrooms between our group of eight. Good showers and water pressure. Lovely terrace for sitting on.

Great Location, Great Apartment, Great Host

The host was very helpful and responsive and the listing was accurate. It looked like the pictures, it had air conditioning as advertised, it wasn’t infested with ants. We really appreciated that the listing wasn’t false and the quick response from the host who made sure we got in right away even though it was earlier than their listed check in time!

Very convenient apartment and the host was lovely, helpful and very communicative.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have been more central. It was fairly quiet even though it was in the centre. The apartment itself was very spacious with a lovely living area, kitchen and a nice terrace to sit outside! Lots of furniture for the amount of guests too. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

Parts of the apartment felt like they were a bit dated and could do with modernising/ updating. The wooden bed in one of the bedrooms was quite short (for tall people it is too small) and it was also very creaky as it is clearly quite old and needs replacing.

Our stay was great. The apartment is large and in a great area, walkable to almost everything.

Great location and large apartment. Balcony was nice as well.

Could be cleaned a little better (smashed bugs on walls in bedroom). Also, didn’t know about night time noise curfew until after we arrived. No cushions on outdoor furniture until we requested.

Very good apartment, great location.

We stayed in the apartment with our kids for five days and had a great time. The location is perfect—walking distance to the old city of Florence, with lots of bars, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The host was very kind, and the instructions for parking and entering the apartment were clear and helpful.

The furniture is a bit old-fashioned and bulky. Our main issue was parking— the nearby option was very expensive, which we hadn’t planned for. The cheaper parking was farther away, and when we tried to get there, the road was closed, so we ended up skipping it.

Great apartment close to the cathedral

Great apartment with many rooms and clean overall. The host was very attentive and let us leave the bags in the apartment before and after the check in.

This is still a 10 star review even though I found a bed bug in the sofa bed, this seems to be something across Europe. It didn’t have a lift neither and the stair is steep.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well situated

Well located within easy walking access to city sights, shops and tram. Clean and spacious with enough seating, cutlery and crockery for number of guests. General use items were provided like toilet rolls, washing up cloths and soap, dishwasher fluid and shower gel.

One of the rooms had a very squeaky bed and aircon did not work in the same room.

Wonderful Apartment and host

The host was great, we asked for a Christmas tree and she provided it along with decorations, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen had lots of space for cooking, and she communicated with me every time I asked a question. Very nice apartment. We stayed at 3 apartments during our trip and this was one of the favorites.

The only complaints I have are there was hair in one of the showers, it was a little dusty, and 2 of the beds were noisy. They appeared to need new bed springs or new mattresses.

The location was great, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was plenty big for our large group. The balcony was very nice and beautiful.

The dryer didn’t work. Toiletries and additional towels would have been appreciated.

Exceptional

The host Andrea was super nice! The apartament was spacious and we could fit very comfortably (we were a group of 10!!). The location was also great, close to the Duomo and other places of interest. There’s also a bakery with delicious focaccia right next door. Would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment!!

L'alloggio è grande ed ha una bella cucina con un terrazzino esterno. Noi diamo stati a ducembre, ma d'estate credo che il terrazzino dia un valore aggiunto. La casa è a 3-4 minuti da Santa Croce. Da lì è tutta una bellissima passeggiata per il ventro di Firenze. Al massimo per Piazza della Signoria saranno 15 minuti. Il proprietario è molto gentile

Onestamente andrebbe migliorata la pulizia degli ambienti e della cucina. I bagni sono puliti ed anche le stanze, ma nel resto della casa c'era polvere. Solo per questo non mi sento di dare più di 8

Muy buen apartamento para ir en grupo, varios baños y buena cocina con comedor y salón, el apartamento está de 10. El anfitrión una persona increíble con un trato increíble, siempre atento muy recomendable.

Struttura accogliente, grande, adatta ad un gruppo numeroso come lo eravamo noi. Host gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale e ottima, ci ha permesso di spostarci a piedi facilmente per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Consiglio vivamente.

Super Wohnung mit schöner grüner Terasse

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne grüne Terasse zum Hof. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein Bäcker und auch ein schönes Restaurant. Zum Zentrum sind es 15min.

Tout était très bien : - la localisation - les équipements de l’appartement (la climatisation notamment) - le confort, les lits étaient très confortables et l’appartement est très silencieux la nuit - la gentillesse de l’hôte qui est très disponible

Evin genişliği, mutfak kulanışlı idi. Ev sahibi çok sıcak ve yardımcı idi. Isıtma ile ilgili biraz problem vardı ancak her whatsapp mesajımıza cevap aldık ardından sorun ev sahibi tarafından giderildi.

Yataklar bir çok yüksek bir iki kişilik çekyat ama kenarları demirli ve konforlu değildi.

Zeer aan te raden!!

Hele goede lokatie, alles op loopafstand. uiterst vriendelijk , behulpzame host. reageerde snel op vragen. zeer ruim appartement, smaakvol ingericht. Dit hadden we niet verwacht midden in Florence.

In 1 van de 3 badkamers was de douche erg krap. Bij erg slecht weer ruik je rioleringslucht. lampje in hal achter de voordeur was kapot daardoor moeilijk de trap kunnen vinden.

Fabuleux !!!

Magnifique appartement , spacieux , confortable et très bien équipé au calme . Belle terrasse très appréciable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence à 10/15 min des sites touristiques à pieds. Commerces à proximité ( boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble , carrefour market à 3 min.. ), marché local , restaurants. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour . Accès facile depuis l'aéroport en Tram et bus ( arrêt à proximité ) Hôte très sympathique et réactif par WhatsApp. Nous recommandons à 100%

Adoramos o apartamento, tinha tudo que precisávamos para nossa hospedagem! Cama confortável, distância tranquila para o Centro Histórico. O nosso grupo eram 10 pessoas e todos ficaram bem instalados! Andréa super prestativa e atenciosa!!!

Super!

Hôte très agréable, joignable et disponible. L'appartement est particulièrement bien organisé pour une famille ou pour deux familles qui viendraient ensemble: du coté cour une chambre avec sa propre salle de bain, de l'autre au bout coté rue deux chambres dont une avec une sdb tout équipée (une deuxième machine à laver le linge) et une kitchenette. La cuisine est très grande et donne sur une petite terrasse avec plein de plantes. Il y a une troisième sdb près du salon. Un grand rideau entre le couloir et le salon permet je pense un ultime couchage dans ce gigantesque (et très confortable) canapé d'angle. Emplacement parfait, on peut faire son marché juste à coté tout les jours jusqu'à 14h00. A coté du centre sans être touristique.

Attention, le séjour est en second jour, pas de fenêtre ( pas très gênant). Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit coté rue ( deux chambres concernés). Il y à quand même du double vitrage et on est pas directement sur les restaurants, mais les personnes sensibles doivent penser aux boules quies.

Appartamento grande per tanti amici!

Appartamento grande, eravamo in 7 e siamo stati bene. Zona periferica ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Terrazza per i fumatori. Panetteria per le brioches fresche per colazione proprio sotto casa. Proprietario sempre raggiungibile e premuroso nei nostri confronti.

Grande y ubicación excepcional

Ubicación muy céntrica, excepcional para disfrutar de la ciudad caminando. Habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado. Terraza chillout muy agradable para cenar y desayunar

Necesita mantenimiento en la cocina, falta la puerta de un armario, algunas luces no funcionan, el lavavajillas está deteriorado, pequeñas cosas que hubiera esperado que estuvieran más cuidadas en un apartamento de esta categoría.
