Non c’è una cosa che non mi è piaciuta, Consiglierei al Propietario solo di dare 2/3 bottigliette d acqua per accoglienzq . Altrimenti tutto perfetto.

Locatia buna, apoape de centrul orasului.
Dotarea apartamentului ar putea fi imbunatatita, ceea ce am comunicat gazdei, in timpul sejurului. Ceea ce nu mi-a placut deloc este accesul la apartament, deoarece sunt niste scari periculoase, murdare iar holul de intrare in cladire si peretii sunt nereparati de ani de zile. Dar aceasta problema este a locatarilor intregii cladirii. In general impresia totala este ca ceea ce vezi in fotografii este diferit de realitate, deci este dezamagitor.

Aconsejo visitar una cafetería en la esquina cerca con café excelente y barato
Diría que las escaleras son muy empinadas y el precio elevado, por poner algo, pero Florencia en general es muy caro

die Gasgeberin war sehr freudlich und stand bei den Defekten sofort zur Verfügung. Freundliche Lage unmittelbar in der Innenstadt.
Die Klimaanlagen bzw. die Beleuchtung haben (z.T.) nicht funktioniert, Das Klo wurde mehrmals trotz der zwischenzeitlichen Reparatur nicht funktioniert, eine Jalusie war nicht zu öffnen, daher im hinteren Zimmer immer halb dunkel gewesen. Das Treppenhaus zum Appartment führend (die Wohnung liegt am 2. Stockwerk) ist sehr unpraktisch, unbequem; für ältere Menschen ist das Hinaufsteigen eine echte Herausforderung. Durch die Nacht waren die laute Nachbaren z.T. störend.
