It’s a beautiful charming apartment, very close to everything you need. The owner is attentive, nice and caring. It was absolutely the pleasure to be there☺️🙌🏻

Huge beautiful apartment in a great location. The AC was a bonus in the heat also. Great little terrace out the back also to sit outside. The owner/person we were in contact with was really helpful and gave advice on booking taxis etc to the airport.

We stayed at Suite Charming San Marco 4 posti letto in Florence and would honestly rate it a 10++++++. This was an exceptional stay in every way and one of the highlights of our entire trip. The host, Novella, is a wonderful woman whose family has lived in Florence for generations. She shared that she actually lived in one of the two beautiful apartments in her 20s, which adds a really special personal connection to the property. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay—she met us at the apartment, stayed in continuous contact with us, and made everything very easy and welcoming. If you’re lucky, you may also get to meet her dog, Molly. The apartment itself is very large, beautifully maintained, and full of charm and character while still being extremely comfortable. It truly feels like staying in a real piece of Florence with all the comforts you need. The location is outstanding. Florence is a small and very walkable city, and this apartment is perfectly situated to explore it all on foot. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station, just 1 minute from the Galleria dell’Accademia where Michelangelo’s David is located, and right in Piazza San Marco, home to the Museo di San Marco. The Museo di San Marco is often overlooked, but it’s truly a hidden gem—uncrowded, peaceful, and with limited entry at any one time, making it a must-visit if you’re staying here. Novella’s hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and pride in both the city and the apartment made us feel incredibly welcome. This is exactly the kind of place that makes travel unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough.
