excellent comfortable and walkable from station and the main tourist attraction.

a 10 minute walk from the duomo. clean and comfortable apartment on the ground floor which made movement with luggage easy. it had 2 toilets which was very useful for a family of four members. located in a quiet zone which made retiring after a hectic touristy day very peaceful.

with the washing machine machine a dryer should have been provided for longer stays it was quite difficult to dry the washed clothes.

Problematic access and host attitude marred otherwise reasonable accommodation

Well equipped modern, clean apartment (albeit with a sense of being in the 'basement') maximising the compact space, comfortable enough for family of 4 ( and able to accommodate a 5th, but sleeping in passageway in front of bathroom door)

Cumbersome online Pre check- in requirements, with malfunctional system requiring uploading of passport details and photos of all guests, including minors. To have to fulfill these requirements whilst travelling and not having easy WiFi access was problematic. Inflexible regarding request for slightly early check-in/ luggage drop-off. At the stated allowed check-in time, the code-operated door access did not work. Owner's attitude when contacted was absolutely unapologetic. 38deg afternoon heat, with 3 kids in tow, we were told to go wait in a bar somewhere until his assistant would arrive to open the door, but could not predict how long we would wait. Over an hour later the cleaner arrived to let us in. Not a single apology or compensatory gesture extended by the host. I later noted previous reviews with similar complaints and the defensive, dismissive replies from the host. No idea why this type of character is in the business of 'hospitality'!

Great location, great price, great host.

The room was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly for our group of seven. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The location was close and convenient to the market and Duomo.

Location very quiet, close to station. Very clean and comfortable apt with the bonus of two bathrooms. Perfect for a family of four. Added bonus of extra bed in living space provided flexibility.

We enjoyed our visit to Florence and the apartment gave us a good base for exploring the city

Spacious, well equipped, easy to access, hosts were very helpful throughout our stay and it was in a good location with a grocery store nearby, 10 minute walk to the Duomo.

The sofa was uncomfortable and not big enough to seat everyone and parts of the apartment needed updating

A Great Stay

We had No breakfast on our booking. It is easy to have a breakfast in any given location around the property. Location is nice. Close to the Train station . There is a grocery shop nearby. For tourist walks it is also very convenient. Cleanless is spotless. Bathroom amenities, ACs, WiFi, Kettle, Fridge - all in well maintained operating condition.

Not in my case, because we were staying as 2 person in 2 different bedrooms. But in reality Property is suitable to stay as 4 maximum 5 person. Not 7 as it has been stated. Physically it is possible, You would need to flatten the sofa in the lounge. But it lacks comfort.

A great place to stay in Florence for a couple of days, or longer if there were 4 guests or less.

close to the train station and downtown, 2 nice bathrooms, good air conditioning (which was important during a hot spell) nice kitchen area.

there were 6 of us and some of the sleeping areas weren't private, but were sleep sofas set up in the living room and an alcove, so those of us sleeping inthose beds couldn't really go to bed till everyone else did.

Camas limpas e toalhas de banho limpas. Tivemos uma resposta rápida do anfitrião quando o chuveiro não esquentou.

O anúncio informava acomodação para até 5 pessoas, porém não menciona que uma das camas fica praticamente dentro da cozinha, o que compromete bastante o conforto e a privacidade. Outro ponto relevante é que o aquecimento não funciona. O apartamento é extremamente frio. Há ar-condicionado, e foi necessário mantê-lo ligado durante toda a estadia para aquecer o ambiente. No entanto, isso deixou o ar muito seco, tornando o espaço pouco confortável ao longo dos dias. Essas informações deveriam constar de forma clara no anúncio, para que o hóspede possa decidir com mais transparência.

Un lugar a donde volver

La atención fue excelente, al llegar tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con abrir la puerta y nos respondieron al instante por teléfono. Y fue un error nuestro de no haber empujado correctamente, no fue problema del lugar. Al llegar había un vino de cortesía y estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación del departamento es excelente y es planta baja, lo cual favoreció el el no tener que subir escaleras con las valijas. Estaba muy bien equipado y todo funcionaba a la perfección. Las camas muy cómodas.

Éramos 6, por lo que usamos el sillón cama del living - comedor. Y al estar abierto no abría del todo la heladera, pero no era un problema. Se podía acceder a la heladera de igual manera. El baño de la habitación más pequeña es muy frío pero el agua salía espectacular, bien caliente y con muy buena presión. Hubiera sumado un par de toallas más. Si bien hay lavarropas, no lo usamos. Y algunas toallas más hubiera estado bien. De todas maneras había una para cada integrante, grandes y de mano.

Grad appartement 2sdb tout confort

Nous avons apprécié la surface de l'appartement qui est très bien rénové et bien équipé, les chambres avec sdb individuelle, le quartier dans un petit immeuble tranquille.

L'appartement n'était pas prêt à l'heure de notre arrivée mais la personne chargée du ménage, très aimable, a fait son possible pour livrer l'appartement dans les meilleurs délais. Etant situé au rdc, des odeurs d'egout remontent des canalisations mais c'est ainsi partout à Firenze!

Mejorar en limpiar los platos

El pasillo de entrada súper oscuro no había luz estaba lejos de todo, al llegar no había agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar hasta el otro día por que la pusieran, pero si llegaron temprano, los sartenes y ollas y platos estaban sucios, muy sucios llenos de grasa y el check out a las 10 y casi todos son a las 11

Tolle Lage, zweckmässige Wohnung - mit allen Nachteilen einer Verwaltung die nicht vor Ort ist.

Die Lage ist top, die Küche zweckmässig eingerichtet

Die Kommunikation ist sehr umständlich - neben den normalen booking-Mails haben wir von der Unterkunft 17 WhatsApp und 19 Mails erhalten mit Instruktionen, Nachfragen... Im Vergleich zu den anderen 6 Unterkünften die wir auf unserer Italienreise gebucht haben, waren das mühsam viele. Fairerweise möchte ich erwähnen, dass es auch daran lag, dass wir vergassen unsere ID's zu senden und wir bei unserer Ankunft einen Schaden entdeckten, der dann unkompliziert behoben wurde. Warum ich noch Live-Porträts schicken, einen separaten Vertrag unterschreiben auf einer separaten Website einreichen muss, ist für mich nicht ersichtlich. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob wir schon 2h früher einchecken können, wurden wir dann auf den Tag der Anreise vertröstet. Am Tag selber wurde nichts daraus und wir warteten ohne früher in die Wohnung zu können. Da ist mir ein «Geht nicht» lieber, als ein Vielleicht und dann passiert gar nichts.

Purtroppo la cosa poco piacevole è che nonostante si sia al piano terra, hai l’impressione di vivere in un piano seminterrato. Luce solare praticamente inesistente, alcune finestre affacciano sulla strada e almeno per me non è stata cosa piacevole. Si sente molto il passeggio ma non è cosa gravissima. La zona poi prossima al centro non è proprio gradevole.
