Bellissima struttura comoda pulita e in pieno centro

The appartement is in a quiet area, yet very close to the center (10 min walk). It is large, beautifully renovated, kitchen is well equipped, there's an elevator and a parking garage a few meters away.

Wifi wasn't working, which we pointed out as we checked in. They promised to send someone over to fix it, which never happened. There was enough warm water for showering only for one person, the rest were left with cold water. We booked the appartement because there were 2 beds (we didn't want anyone to sleep on the sofa). However, instead of making up the second (pull out) bed, the sofa bed in the living room was prepared. Host is not very responsive.

Apartamento amplo, bem decorado e com tudo que é necessário para uma estada temporária. Perto da estação Marmora Botanic.

Ubicación cerca del tranvía hacia el aeropuerto, está recién reformado y tiene buen internet y tv.

Estaba sucio , muy muy sucio .......el suelo con pegotes y sin barrer, chorreras en las puertas , paredes con manchas....muy sucio. Tenía un olor a desagüe en la planta baja insoportable y permanente costaba dormir. Tuvimos que comprar un trapo y papel del baño, champú y gel porque había, pero era ridículo .. la descripción pone que hay y para los vuelos ed genial porque no llevas botes...pues nada a comprar. La ducha superior pierde por el suelo mucho. Los colchones no es que sean incómodos, son insoportables , duros y con los muelles a flor de piel,vergonzoso que tengan esos colchones asi para los clientes es que no se puede dormir. Me dice que deje en la habitacion el importe de la tasa turistica y asi lo hago ... al salir recibo un msj para que se lo pague de nuevo con un enlace. FATAL.
