Wonderful location, comfy apartment and all you need with best views

The location is exceptional - we loved the morning bells from the Duomo 💙🫶🏻 Our Check in was top notch service from beginning to end. Wonderful communication already before arrival, so many tips and helpful advices as I had a knee surgery before and was quite limited. Thank you Stefano - you made our stay special!

Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment right on the Duomo square.

Location was fantastic, overlooking the piazza and Duomo. Not fancy but large and clean. Host was great, offering to come by if any issues.

Hot water not always hot and kitchenette very small but I think all was adequate for the price paid.

This property was perfect for our two nights stay and exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, it was located right on the square and was walking distance from all the man attractions. The view was also great from the room. We would have loved to stay longer. We highly recommend this for your stay.

I am relatively tall and found the shower is a little small, however I was still able to fit just fine.

Buonissimo!

Buonissimo! An amazing location right in the heart of the old city, an easy walk to all the main sights and lots of choice of places to eat and drink. The balcony view was fantastic, and lovely to sit out on for a little break when the sun reached it. Stefano was a very responsive and helpful host too. Noise wasn't a problem for us, and it was quite funny (!?) to be woken by the cathedral bells in the morning! The cafe on the corner below (3rd pic) was perfetto for morning cappuccino and cornettos. Grazie mille Stefano, we'll definitely be back!

We loved it! The flat is quite basic but clean and comfortable, and the location more than compensates. The mezzanine bed access ladder was a little hairy for me so I used the sofabed, but it wasn't a problem for my daughter. A problem with the key was quickly sorted and the lift was out of action on our final day, but hopefully that was quickly fixed too.

The most amazing views of the Duomo and piazza!!!

The location and views from this apartment are absolutely stunning. You literally sit on the balcony and look at the Duomo and the piazza below. Very quiet and very private. We would stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

10/10 in all categories Location - could not get better - looking out across the square, opera music coming through the open window. Seriously. This was amazing. Clean - soooo clean - impeccably clean Communication - he was amazing & provided step by step guide & photos + recommendations for restaurants & bars Comfy - bed & sofa Facilities - great shower, coffee machine, dish washer & clothes washer. Everything. And to all those people who complain about stairs.... bring less luggage, or get fitter & live longer.

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. Stefano was incredibly helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment offers an amazing view of the Dome and the square — truly breathtaking. Its location is perfect, close to everywhere we wanted to visit, which made our stay super convenient. In the evenings, a musician played in the square, and the beautiful music felt like the apartment’s own background soundtrack. We’d happily stay here again if we return to Florence.

Casa Barontini is a gem of a property in a superb location. The view from the balcony cannot be underestimated. Watching the world go by the Duomo is something very special . The property itself is really clean with everything you need for your stay. The location cannot be more central with everything of interest in walking distance . The host Stefano gets a 10 from us for his efficiency and friendliness with a seamless check in . If you are going to Florence make sure you stay in this property at least once .

It was wonderful for us! Bright and airy. Nice high ceilings! Well equipped with all the basics needed. If you want a super quiet place, this may be more lively than you want. But we were happy to be in the center of things.

Wonderful location to explore and enjoy Florence

Location. Was great to get out and about around Florence. Enjoyed the views and people watching! Stefano was very helpful with suggestions and answered all questions I had. Was always accessible.

It was a bit loud due to the location but the bedroom was in the back and I travel with a portable sound machine which is a must when traveling. Very helpful here.

What a fantastic location! We were so close to the Duomo and the centre of Florence. The photos are a very accurate representation of just how close you are.

There is a lot of noise at night because of the buskers in the square. But that is part of the fun of the location. When you open the windows you are right in the middle of it all. We turned up the fan on the air conditioners when we were ready to sleep and the noise was not a problem.

Unbeatable location with an unforgettable view. You can’t beat the proximity; we were just steps away from everything, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Stefano was a very responsive and helpful host. When we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, he came by promptly and took care of it, which we really appreciated.

As expected with such a central location, one of the bedrooms did have some street noise, but that’s a small tradeoff for being so close to one of Florence’s most iconic landmarks.

Exactly as promised and depicted in the description. Beautiful view. Ideal location. Spacious, airy apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains in the bedroom. A lovely experience. Very friendly and helpful host.

I liked this, but be aware, this is right on the Piazza, and there's a murmur of joyful voices as well as occasional street music, and people's voices and laughter can be heard until late evening. I love this gentle hum, but if you're looking for a more silent setting, this might not suit you.

Worth the price, you can’t beat this location.

The most amazing position you could ask for directly in the Duomo piazza. We were lucky to have a front seat view of the Easter Day procession and cart without having to fight the huge crowds in the piazza. The balcony was so pretty for enjoying coffee with a view. Elevator was helpful getting to the top level. The host was also amazing with answering questions and assisting when we needed help with restaurants. Thank you for a perfect stay!!

I’m the centre of Florence, walking distance to everything! The view is amazing from the bedroom to the living room you can see Duomo. The rooms were nice! Stefano is amazing!! We loved it all.
