Florence Luxury Apartment al Duomo by Mmega

The location was perfect. Accommodation suited our family of 6 adults comfortably.

숙소 도착 전 체크인 담당인 Lapo와 긴밀하게 연락해서 어려움 없이 만날 수 있었어요. 비밀번호로 출입하는 도어락이라 일행이 여러명인데도 키 분배하는 어려움이 없었고, 출입방법도 어렵지 않았습니다. 중간에 공동현관문에 이상이 생겨서 도어락이 작동하지 않았는데, 이건 호스트가 아니라 건물 자체의 문제였고 호스트측에서는 빠르게 대응해서 열쇠를 가져다주었습니다. 두오모 바로 앞이라 이런저런 관광지로 이동하기 편리했고, 숙소 자체는 넓고 에어컨도 짱짱해서 한여름에도 편안하게 묵었습니다. 게다가 3침실, 3욕실이라 여러 팀이 한꺼번에 묵을 땐 정말 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 숙소 안에 각종 식기와 조리도구, 식기세척기까지 전부 있어서 편리했어요

여행객 입장에서 식기세척기보다는 세탁기가 더 유용할 거라고 봐요. 세탁기가 없어서 도보 10분 정도 걸리는 코인세탁실까지 가야 했던 건 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 벽장 안에 있던 여분의 이불에는 다른 사람의 머리카락이 그대로 붙어 있었어요....

Me encantó el lugar, desde antes de llegar me contactaron para saber en qué horario llegaría, Vladimir estuvo en contacto en todo momento, nos explicó cómo llegar y nos recibió en el departamento. El lugar estaba limpio, el acceso es muy fácil y seguro con una puerta con clave de acceso al edificio y luego otra puerta de acceso con clave al departamento. El departamento está en el 3er piso y cuenta con elevador para subir las maletas cómodamente. 3 recámaras y 3 baños hicieron muy cómoda nuestra estancia. La noche de año nuevo cocinamos en el departamento y fue muy agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, no se puede pedir algo mejor, definitivamente un gran lugar para llegar a Florencia. Gracias

The location was perfect! The rooms and showers were spacious. Air conditioner was wonderful. Apartment was very nicely decorated.

The first day, one of the shower drains was clogged and flooded, and we had to use towels to soak up the water. That particular bathroom/shower was not clean and full of hair. When we inquired about getting more towels and having the shower unclogged, we were told we would be charged. After much correspondence, pictures of the shower, they finally agreed to provide more towels. The towels and technician did not show up for 2 days which was incredibly frustrating. The listing advertised having a coffee machine, but it didn’t. When we inquired about receiving one, they said they could provide a Mika pot which is not at all the same. We had to go out to coffee shops every morning to get coffee which was very inconvenient and not expected. The Wi-Fi rarely worked which was also very frustrating, and the elevator broke down multiple times over the 6 days we were there.
