Florence Luxury Apartment al Duomo by Mmega

Me encantó el lugar, desde antes de llegar me contactaron para saber en qué horario llegaría, Vladimir estuvo en contacto en todo momento, nos explicó cómo llegar y nos recibió en el departamento. El lugar estaba limpio, el acceso es muy fácil y seguro con una puerta con clave de acceso al edificio y luego otra puerta de acceso con clave al departamento. El departamento está en el 3er piso y cuenta con elevador para subir las maletas cómodamente. 3 recámaras y 3 baños hicieron muy cómoda nuestra estancia. La noche de año nuevo cocinamos en el departamento y fue muy agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, no se puede pedir algo mejor, definitivamente un gran lugar para llegar a Florencia. Gracias

Property was beautiful and excellent location!

The location was an absolute gem. You could open the windows and one side see the Duomo square and from the other watch the people walking down the streets. We could walk outside the apartment block and around corners to easily to find eateries. You were in the heart of Florence🫶and everything was accessible. Was perfect for our stay. The kitchen area & table were accommodating.Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfortable to sleep in, bathrooms adequate for our families needs.

Shame we could only have one key for the amount of people we were staying in the apartment. We had difficulty regulating the cooing in some rooms but it was fine.

The location was perfect! The rooms and showers were spacious. Air conditioner was wonderful. Apartment was very nicely decorated.

The first day, one of the shower drains was clogged and flooded, and we had to use towels to soak up the water. That particular bathroom/shower was not clean and full of hair. When we inquired about getting more towels and having the shower unclogged, we were told we would be charged. After much correspondence, pictures of the shower, they finally agreed to provide more towels. The towels and technician did not show up for 2 days which was incredibly frustrating. The listing advertised having a coffee machine, but it didn’t. When we inquired about receiving one, they said they could provide a Mika pot which is not at all the same. We had to go out to coffee shops every morning to get coffee which was very inconvenient and not expected. The Wi-Fi rarely worked which was also very frustrating, and the elevator broke down multiple times over the 6 days we were there.
