Wooden floors were very dirty - we had a baby who was crawling and he was covered in black dirt. We got a mop at the coop and cleaned the floors ourselves.

Lovely comfortable apartment with a spacious lounge and dining room. Good sized bedrooms. Great location for walking into the city and surrounded by an excellent choice of restaurants. The apartment was spotless. We had a problem with the washing machine which was resolved efficiently.

The main problems were to do with the description being misleading. The description states 2 bathrooms and shower - this is incorrect and misleading. There is only one bathroom. It has a shower. The other room is a WC at the other end of the apartment off the kitchen. It is tiny, with just a toilet and a basin (it also houses the washing machine). We were also told there was a lift (we were taking elderly parents). This was true, however the lift was only for one person at a time and could not take any luggage. Considering the apartment was on the second floor this was inconvenient. The steps were steep and really not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Inside the apartment there were two steps into the bathroom and one up to two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is not well organised. You have to pull the cupboard out in order to plug in the kettle and microwave. The crockery is stored very high up when it could have been in one of the lower cupboards. It was not easy to reach the plates and bowls if you were average height.

A localização era excelente, muito central e perto da estação de comboios e autocarros . O apartamento moderno, espaçoso com todas as condições para estar uma semana.

O facto de apenas um conjunto de chaves, dificulta a organização do grupo. Sugerimos que adira ao NUKi
