Posizione centralissima, proprio di fronte alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Ambienti molto spaziosi e puliti. Molto comodo il fatto che ci siano due bagni.

We had to make an international call to get the main door open as the keys were inside the building. The checkin instructions about the key were given. The location is very good just next to the train station and also our tour that we booked, their meeting point was at the visitor centre of train station so it was convenient. Kitchen fully equipped, we visited in December so there was hot water in the bathroom and kitchen, washing machine and drying rack provided. Grocery store was located 5-7mins away.
Although the washrooms were clean but their master bedrooms’s toilet had a sewage smell and we used the common toilet during our stay. The apartment is located so close to the train station so the noise of the train comes. There is no lift so we had to pull up all our luggage to the first floor of the apartment about 25 steps.
