I’ve been a repeat guest at Chic Stay for several years. The location is excellent—located between the train station and many of Florence’s most popular attractions—and all of the apartments are comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are lovely too!

The fridge had juice and water to welcome us. Provided were coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. Very clean. Lift to the room. Security door that had an access code with no key. It felt secure for sure. Friendly host and helpful with directions. We had her phone# for any needs. She was very responsive. All went well.
Street noise was quite loud, but we tuned out after awhile. The security door posed a difficulty for one of us. It required a 6 digit code with very small numbers hard to see if you're far sighted. Small matter but we had to plan for the other to let them in.

We liked the modern interior, the keyless entry, the having a washing machine, the fact that they left us coffee, tea. Water and juice.
The pillows weren’t comfy but I do realize that’s a very particular choice with each guest.
