Everything. Our host was excellent in communication and details about Florence!
Not a problem, but there was a little noise from the road outside late in the night, I think garbage trucks and supply trucks. We were on the first floor so time I will book higher floor for sure!

Host Angela was very friendly and had given a very good introduction of Florence City. There are Carrefour Express and two other small supermarkets closed by the apartment. There are also cafes around and a market which is a stone throw away. You can easily grab your breakfast. Bet most guests will be thankful for the lift in this apartment.
The beddings and pillows are of premium quality and hence helps in achieving quality sleep.
Apartment comes with a very clean and well maintained washer. However, if it comes with a dryer, that will be perfect.

The location was amazing! Lodging and amenities were top notch. Perfectly clean, spacious and inviting. Our host Angela was the absolute BEST. Kind and helpful - we had ideas of what we wanted to see and do in Florence and she pointed us in all the best directions. Would truly love to stay again on our next trip to Florence.

I’ve been a repeat guest at Chic Stay for several years. The location is excellent—located between the train station and many of Florence’s most popular attractions—and all of the apartments are comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are lovely too!
