Excellent - close vicinity to cathedral and good food. Extremely clean and spacious apartment

Super accessible to key tourist attractions and also packed with good food and shops in the vicinity. See the picture for a snap of the Cathedral just on the streets to the hotel. Angela the host was super hospitable and shared so much about the history of the city with us. The apart is 2 stories and extremely spacious and clean. Definitely highly recommended.

The host is exceptional -- extraordinarily helpful and accessible. Also most informative about the city. Apartments are completely modern, clean and spacious. Loved the layout and the great ambience. Location could not be more central. Loved it and will return.

This did not bother us at all, but there is some street noise in the morning. But it is central Florence, so this should be expected. Again, was not too much and did not bother us.

Location in the center but not too busy and near train station. Big room with washing machine. Kind owner explaining Florence history and places. I got an upgrade to the big room.

The entrance to the building needs a code, which could be easily spot by trespasser. I entered with my other hand covering the panel but some other residents might not.

A perfect stay — clean, well-located, and hosted with care.

I recently stayed at this apartment with my family and we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to everything in which made it ideal for exploring. The host, Angela, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again

Angela was very helpful and nice. Location is amazing as is the apartment!

Only complaint are that the AC was not cooling as much, there was only 1 drying rack for laundry and one of the showers was missing a door. Outside of this it was perfect!

Similar to a 4+ star hotel in its comfort, cleanliness, and amenities, but with much more space.

The apartment lives up to its name, chic. Everything is pristine and immaculate. The furniture and interior design are modern and classy. Appliances are smart and easy to use. Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless. The door locks are electronic and there is a lift! Across the street is Mercato Centrale, the surrounding areas are peppered with very good restaurants and leather shops (not the market). The host Angela is very responsive.

The apartment is perfection! If i were to nitpick, i would suggest having extra towels, and to put blinds on the bathroom window for privacy (even though the bathroom is facing a wall, i would still feel comfortable with some form of window treatment on my bathroom.) (The leather market vendors outside the building tend to be messy, but this is not the apartment's fault of course)

Wonderful place to stay in!

The location is outstanding. The split level feel was wonderful. The toilets and beds and overall space were excellent . The toilets were well appointed and heated. Angela did an excellent check-in explaining everything we could do in Florence. Nothing was missing. We got a fresh set of towels also on request. The security feel of the apartment was v good. We would recommend this place to others.

1. No rack to dry clothes 2. A mosquito troubled us on the fort 3 nights. Then Angela switched on the repellent and it stopped. So ensure it's on.

Aside from the Wi-Fi and soundproofing, everything else was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The location was great — close to the station and within walking distance to many places. There were two bathrooms in the room, which made it convenient for couples to maintain privacy while using them efficiently. However, there was no bathtub in the bathroom. (The listing on Booking.com is a bit misleading — there was no bathtub in the room I stayed in.) The kitchen is a bit small for cooking, but it’s clean and well-organized, and you can still manage to cook if needed. There were two major concerns I had: First, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. This was quite frustrating, and it wasn’t sufficient for work-related use. Even watching YouTube or live sports streams was a struggle. Second, the soundproofing was very poor. Even with the windows and curtains fully closed, you could clearly hear people talking outside, and when sirens go off, it sounds as if they’re right next to you. They claim that it’s quiet once you close the windows, but that wasn’t the case at all. I believe the issue lies not with the windows but with the overall lack of sound insulation in the building itself. To sum up: if they improve the Wi-Fi and soundproofing, this place would be an excellent hotel.

I don’t think you can possibly fault this property. Angela the host was very welcoming and had a full of knowledge about the local area. A lovely welcome pack was waiting, toiletries, washing capsules and even dishwasher tablets were available

Great location to discover Firenze historical town, absolutely great apartment.

The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and complementary quality toiletries were provided. Though centrally located, just next to Central Mercado actually, it is also very quiet. The beds were really comfy after long days of walks.

Instructions to reach to the apartment and parking could be improved especially for people coming by car as the it is in a restricted area (ZTL). But our host came to our rescue within few minutes.

Beautiful Flat in an Ideal Location

Really beautiful flat, great amenities, impressive technology, generous complimentary items provided in the kitchen, and the ideal location near EVERYTHING. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the central train station, Duomo, Galleria dell’Accademia, river, Ponte Vecchio, etc. And Angela was extremely helpful and friendly—from sending directions before arriving to meeting at the apartment for check-in.

We were there during a period of extreme heat—with record-breaking high temperatures recorded in Florence and across Italy. Fortunately, the flat had two air conditioning units to service the two floors of the unit. However, they had been programmed to prohibit setting them below 23 degrees Celsius (73* F). Normally, that would be sufficient but in the extreme heat those days, the apartment never felt cool enough. This was particularly difficult in the evenings when trying to sleep.

Clean, cool, spacious oasis near the heart of town.

Location is outstanding! Easy walk from the train station and just steps away from the San Lorenzo basilica, where many tours start. Angela met us early at the apartment and was fantastic with guidance at key hand off. We were given a slightly larger unit than we booked as it was available at our earlier than expected arrival. Additionally allowed to leave bags on departure day to make last day of exploration easy. The apartment itself was fanrastic - large and clean. The air conditioning was fantastic and in every room. With the interior shutters, there is almost no street noise, even on the 1st floor.

The only items less than perfect (and really - these were not issues at all - just the only things I thought of that were short of "absolutely perfect") were 1. The entrance is directly onto the sidewalk behind the leather merchant tents. Was really no problem, but some might find it a security concern while entering. 2. Coffee / espresso. Would have liked more (and better) available in the apartment. There was a fantastic Cafe only 1 minute away, however, so again, no problem at all.

It was a pleasure stay.

The location is very convenient, it’s located right next to the Cappelle Medicare, leather market street, many restaurants and supermarkets. The facility inside is new and high-tech based with excellent window closing system. The host is also extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us made a reservation for a taxi to the train station for our departure, and even came on the day to make sure it arrived!

Location location location! The apartment is 10steps away from Basilica di San Lorenzo. It’s close to everything! You can even walk from train station to with luggage! Very clean and nice loft! The host Angelina was very helpful and kind. She showed us the property when checking in and told us about

Noise from street vendors setting up in the morning around 7am and closing evening around 8pm. Upstairs bathroom shower drain need some work (very slow and flooded after each shower).

立地は街中で申し分なし。買った土産物を置きに部屋に戻れる近さはありがたい。部屋は清潔で新しく広く設備も最新。2組のシニア夫婦で利用したが、プライバシーもほどほどに守られる構造。入り口フロアにベットルーム、2階フロアに、キッチンとリビングスペース、3階フロアに、もう一つのベットルーム。ベットルームには専用のバストイレ、テレビ、ソファ、クローゼットが備わる。コンセントも多くて充電にも困らない。入り口と各部屋の鍵はPINコードで鍵を持ち歩く必要がない。各部屋のセキュリティは高い。入り口フロアも広くて清潔、エレベーターも備わる。担当のアンジェラさんとのやりとりは日本のLINEと同様なWatsApp。アプリをインストールしておけばすぐに使える。宿泊日近くなるとパスポートのコピーを送信する必要があるがそれも簡単。ツェルマットからの電車移動で到着が1時間遅れた時も事前にWatsAppで連絡しておけば大丈夫。駅からも迷いなくたどり着けるし、ホテルのあるサンロレッオのコーナーまでたどり着いたらアンジェラさんの方で当方を見つけてくれる。アンジェラさんは安心感のあるとても上品なマダム。
