The apartment is all style but would be an exceptional stay if it had some more substance. The location is fantastic. And it’s a beautiful experience to be a such a lovely historical space.

This apartment is beautiful, no doubt — the frescos are stunning. But a few practical issues are worth knowing before you book. The bed and pillows felt like the cheapest IKEA option, and were genuinely uncomfortable — I ended up sleeping with a folded towel for neck support. We stayed on a hot day, and the aircon was stuck at 27–28°C, so by night the apartment was warmer than outside. When we contacted the owner for help, we were told the temperature couldn’t be adjusted at all. There’s a bar downstairs, and for part of the evening people were standing right outside the window, quite loudly — light sleepers should be aware. The bathroom and shower are also very small; fine for us, but could be tight if you’re on the larger side. It would be a beautiful unique and luxe experience if the beds and pillows were higher quality.

Air conditioning

Dairenin atmosferi adeta büyüleyiciydi, ilk gördüğümüzde inanamadık. Kocaman, çift banyolu, kanepeli, ferah bir daireydi. Konumu zaten mükemmeldi. Merkezin dibinde daire. 3 kişi konakladık, fazlasıyla genişti.
