Brand new stylish apartment located in the heart of Florence, just a few steps away from San Lorenzo's Market and the Duomo.
This apartment is located on the first floor up (with elevator! Very rare feature in downtown Florence!) of a typical building located on Via de Ginori, a nice and lively street just off Piazza San Lorenzo, where the Central Market is located, and two minutes away from Piazza Duomo.
The whole place has been recently renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail: contemporary style, wooden floors, light color palette and modern comforts and amenities all contribute to creating a perfect and relaxing environment for your Florentine holiday.
Entering the apartment you'll find the lovely and bright living area, equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, dining table, couch and flat screen TV. From the living area, you'll also have access to the wonderful and secluded outdoor terrace, equipped with table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy lovely meals outside.
This apartment can accommodate up to four guests thanks to the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, closet, flat screen Tv and a modern and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom features a couple of single beds, closet, desk and flat screen Tv.
The second bathroom, also newly renovated, features a large walk in shower and laundry facilities.
For larger parties, please note that our apartment Taddea Terrace is located in the building next door, and actually shares the terrace with Ginori Terrace: the one big terrace is divided in two sections by a hedge. Inquire with our sales team for information about availability and conditions.

The property is close to the center of the city and many other attractions. It was clean and comfortable.

I had studied abroad in 2013 and lived on Via De Ginori and knew this would be a good location to get to anything from the Piazzale Michelangelo to the Central Market. It is very centralized and easy to get to the train station as well. It IS a little loud because of the location (which they note in the description) so we brought a mini white noise machine which helped a lot. We were able to make breakfast in the kitchen easily, and it is located directly next door to a market - super convenient! If we had to make lunch or dinner there, it would have been easy. The smoke detector began beeping with low battery and the master shower had a leak, but we let the property know. Only other request would be darker shades on the windows please! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows, towels, and blankets. Glad to also have had a dishwasher and washing machine for the stay.

We were here with 2 kids aged 6 and 11. The location is 5 mins to the Duomo , the Uffizi gallery. The carrefour express is right next door for groceries. Easy walking to all major attaractions and some of the best resteraunts.

Here are our biggest concerns. Bedrooms need blackout blinds as the lights on the streets stay on all night long and the rooms are very bright at nightPaper towels, more than one kitchen towel, clothes pins, air conditioner leaked in kitchen area. More suited for college students. A washer/dryer combo would have been nice. Needs to have more comfort.
