Great location - easily accessed by car or public transportation. Big and comfertable rooms. Very nice terace (small). The apartment is on 4th floor (no elevator) that makes the view and privacy exeptional!

Not so clean and not so well maintened. It is in an old building - it has its charm- but (for example) the windows are wood and not so well closed (Florence in this area was noisy at night - a lot of garbage tracks and people shouting). 4th floor with no elevator- we liked the benefit of that, but might be a little hard to go up and down. Note that parking from 8 AM-8PM is for 2 eauro Hour only in specified places- consider using an app). We recommend- add microwave, change the broken sofa, get rid of the bath curtain, change some window frames - that will improve the place tramendesly!

Les 4 étages, le bruit des camions poubelles à 22h et 2h du matin, le double vitrage serait vraiment à envisager. Pas prises disponibles prêt du lit cote droit at pas de clé pour la salle de bain.
