El apartamento está fenomenal. Las habitaciones enormes y las camas muy cómodas. Con aire acondicionado, se ha agradecido con el calor. La cocina perfectamente equipada. Alejada del bullicio, pero cerca como para poder ir caminando. Supermercado y farmacia cerca. La anfitriona muy amable, nos ha facilitado tanto la llegada un poco tardía como la salida. Y nos ha dado indicaciones y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Nos ha gustado mucho y nos ha parecido muy cómodo y recomendable.

Host was AMAZING. Met us at the property, gave us clear instructions, tips of what's near and how to get to the main area of florence. Property was close to a pharmacy, bus stop, and grocery so great if you just want to be in the place to stay.
So upon arriving in the property the host informed us that the there was a problem with the hot water. On our first night we were able to figure it out however in the next few nights nothing we did worked, water was freezing. We just toughed it out but that was unfortunate. I am sure the host will fix it. Other than this the place was great!
