Agriturismo Conca Verde is a typical Tuscan farmhouse of the seventeenth century renovated maintaining and enhancing its features: stone facades, exposed wood beams, terracotta floors. It is located in the countryside at the foot of the Rovinj hills of Scandicci, 7 km from the historic center of Florence. About 1 km from the farm you get to the tramway service that connects Scandicci to Florence arriving in the center of the station S. Maria Novella. The farmhouse offers a large 14x7m swimming pool in the middle of the green of the various gardens where there are places to eat outdoors with a barbecue. Guests can then take a relaxing holiday in the countryside with swimming pool, combined with visits to the most beautiful cities in Tuscany.
The apartment "CASA DEI NONNI" is a three-room apartment: 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A double room is on the ground floor and the other double room with 2 single beds is on the first floor. The entrance of the apartment is from the typical stone courtyard, in front of the large garden. Guests can access with the car in front of the apartment to unload the luggage and then have the parking inside. The bathroom is large with a bath.
Free WiFi. The management of the farm is family run and the managers live on site, always present and attentive to customer needs. Outside the apartment there is a table and chairs to eat outside. The linen is provided, consumption and final cleaning are included in the price. The large pool is beyond the garden, surrounded by greenery, with lots of privacy.
