Falta de atenção e comunicação por parte do anfitrião. Conforme solicitado, efectuei o pagamento das taxas de turista e o check-in com antecedência e ainda assim nao antecipou as instruções para acesso à casa, mesmo depois de lhe ter enviado a informação do meu horário de chegada! Após 30 minutos de espera à porta do apartamento, voltei ao contacto, desta vez por chamada telefónica e constatei que nao teve o cuidado de verificar que o check in e as respectivas taxas já estavam efectuadas, voltou a pedir para fazer check in e o pagamento das taxas.
